  7. Yes, you have seen it all before - and still there was a reason to make a
  8. new revision bumper.

  10. Bump searches a file for AmigaDOS version strings (really, it's a bit more
  11. flexible than that), adjusts date and bumps the minor revision.

  13. Useful for makefiles.  Some features are especially suited for use with
  14. RCS.

  16. A possible conflict between HWGRCS and all known revision bumpers ($VER:
  17. has a special meaning for HWGRCS under some circumstances) forced me to
  18. create this small utility.

  20. This program has _nothing_ to do with the revision bumper 'Bump' by Jaba.
  21. I just hated having to construct more or less silly names just because all
  22. good names were already taken ;-)
